(A) After compliance with the provisions of §§ 156.020 through 156.028, the subdivider shall submit a final plat with four copies thereof to the Planning Commission. Such plat shall be accompanied by a letter of certification by the subdivided registered land surveyor, indicating that all lots meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance.
(B) The final plat and accompanying information shall be submitted to the Planning Commission at least five days prior to a regularly-scheduled Planning Commission meeting in order to be considered at said meeting.
