§ 93.20 EVICTION FROM PARKS.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any instructions, rules, or signs established by the city relating to city parks, may forthwith be evicted from the park by any law enforcement officer, the Mayor of the city, or his or her designee (“authorized person”).
