(A) Any person who fails or refuses to leave upon the order of such authorized person shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor.

(B) Unless specifically provided, any person violating any of the restrictions, rules, or prohibitions as set forth herein shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both as prescribed by the applicable statutes of the state.
