Except as permitted by the city, no person shall cut, break, remove, injure, deface, destroy, or disturb any wood, turf, grass, soil, sand, gravel, tree, shrub, plant, rock, building, sign, fence, bench, or other structure, apparatus or property; or pluck, pull up, cut, take, or remove any plant or mark, or write upon any building, sign, fence, or other structure within the park.
