§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any abandoned vehicle as defined by § 75.01 is hereby determined to be a nuisance in accordance with §§ 91.01 through 91.13 of this code of ordinances and is subject to abatement and penalties as specified therein.
   (B)   All recoveries and penalties received under this division shall be deposited to the General Fund of the city.
