§ 91.13 OUTDOOR STORAGE OF ENVIRONMENTALLY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The Council finds that the outdoor storage of environmentally hazardous materials poses a threat to the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of the city.
   (B)   The city hereby forbids outdoor storage of environmentally hazardous materials within the corporate limits of the city.
