§ 34.053 REMEDIES.
   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or who shall fail to comply with any order issued under this chapter, or who shall fail to comply with or to obtain any permit required hereunder, shall be subject to penalties prescribed in § 34.050 of this chapter. Each day a violation continues, it shall constitute an additional violation.
