§ 34.050 ORDER TO CORRECT VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If an owner or occupant fails to comply with an inspection report issued pursuant to § 34.043 of this chapter or a variance issued pursuant to § 34.049 of this chapter, the Fire Marshal may issue an order to compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The failure of the Fire and Life Safety Division to inspect or to issue an order in accordance with this chapter shall not constitute approval of any violation or noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   Any order issued pursuant to this section shall be served upon the owner, operator, occupant or other person responsible for the building or property. Service of such order shall be by personal service, or by affixing a copy thereof in a conspicuous place at the entrance of said building or premises and by mailing a copy thereof to the owner or occupant by first-class mail to the owner’s or occupants last known address pursuant to I.C. 4-21.5-3.
