(a)   Boundaries.  The boundaries of the districts established in Section 1264.01 are shown on the Village Zoning Map, a copy of which follows the text of this Zoning Ordinance as Exhibit I.  Said map and all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this Zoning Ordinance as if said items were all fully described herein. The map is properly attested and is on file with the Fiscal Officer. Questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined by the Zoning Inspector with further appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
   (b)   Interpretation of Boundaries.  Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of any of the aforesaid districts, as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
      (1)   Where boundaries approximately follow streets, alleys, or highways. Where district boundaries are indicated as approximately following the center line or street line of streets, the center line or alley lines of alleys, or the centerline of right-of-way lines of highways, such lines shall be construed to be such district boundaries.
      (2)   Where boundaries parallel street lines, alley lines or highway right-of-ways.  Where district boundaries are so indicated that they are approximately parallel to the centerlines or street lines of streets, the centerlines or alley lines of alleys, or the centerlines of right-of-way lines of highways, such district boundaries shall be construed as being parallel thereto and at such distance there from as indicated on the map. If no distance is given, such dimensions shall be determined by the use of the scale shown on said Zoning Map.
      (3)   Where boundaries approximately follow lot lines.  Where district boundaries are indicated, as approximately following lot lines, such lot lines shall be construed to be said boundaries.
      (4)   Vacation of public ways.  Whenever any street or public walkway is vacated by the Village Council, Zoning Districts adjoining each side of such street or walkway shall automatically be extended to the center of the vacated area, all of which shall thereafter be subject to all appropriate regulations of the extended districts.
   (c)   Annexations.  All territory hereafter annexed to the Village shall be in the Residence “A” District unless provided otherwise by ordinance.
