EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1990-17, passed December 4, 1990, approved a fee for the disposal of solid waste generated in the Medina County Solid Waste Management District and disposed of at any solid waste disposal facility located in another solid waste management district.
Ordinance 1991-4, passed February 5, 1991, approved the Final Draft Plan of the Medina County Solid Waste Management District. Copies of these ordinances may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk-Treasurer.
There are no sections in Chapter 1060. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
