EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance No. 2010-06, passed August 3, 2010, adopts and approves an Electric Power Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance known as the “Village of Westfield Center Electric Power Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance,” dated August 3, 2010, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1044. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
