The procedures for administration and enforcement and the penalties relative to the codes adopted by reference in Section 1301.01 shall be in accordance with the respective provisions of each such code, provided that the procedures for administration and enforcement and the penalties relative to the currently adopted version of Appendix G of the International Residential Code shall be those as provided in the currently adopted version of the Ohio Building Code.
