Pursuant to Article III, Section 13(g) of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the location, design, materials, construction, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, maintenance, removal and demolition of all structures, except insofar as such matters are otherwise specifically provided for in any other applicable law or ordinance those certain codes known as the 2005 Ohio Building Code; and the 2006 Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings; and Appendix G of the 2006 International Residential Code, which codes are hereby incorporated by reference.
