When any provision of this chapter is found to be in conflict with any building, zoning, safety, health or other applicable law, ordinance or code governing the City, including the Codes adopted by Sections 1301.01 and 1501.01 of the Codified Ordinances, whether existing on the effective date of this section or hereafter adopted, the provision which establishes the higher standard of safety shall prevail.
