Every swimming pool, or the entire property on which is it located, shall be completely enclosed by a fence or other barrier consistent with the height and material specifications prescribed by the Code provisions adopted in Section 1301.01 of the Codified Ordinances and designed and constructed in order to prevent uncontrolled access to the swimming pool from public rights-of-way or from adjacent properties. Each gate in the fence shall be constructed and secured as prescribed in the Code provisions adopted in Section 1301.01 of the Codified Ordinances.
