The village has adopted by ordinance and incorporated by reference into this chapter as the mechanical code of the village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, the code entitled the international mechanical code, 2006 edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC), except as amended in this chapter or by the publisher. Three (3) copies of the international mechanical code, 2006 edition, and all of its regulations are on file in the office of the village clerk and are kept available for public use, inspection and examination in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-3-2.
