The Village has adopted by ordinance and incorporated by reference into this chapter as the Electrical Code of the Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, the Code entitled National Electrical Code, 2005 edition (NFPA 70), as published by the National Fire Protection Association, except as amended in this chapter or by the publisher. Three (3) copies of the National Electrical Code, 2005 edition (NFPA 70), and all of its regulations are on file in the Office of the Village Clerk and are kept available for public use, inspection and examination in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-3-2.
