A. No unauthorized person shall maliciously, wilfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the sewage works system. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct and subject to the penalties provided for in subsection 8-6-8 of this chapter.
