8-5-8: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Tampering With Water System: It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the village to tamper with, alter or injure any part of the village waterworks system or any meter.

B. Water Wells: The installation or use of private water wells within the village is prohibited. (Ord. 03-2233, 4-21-2003)
