8-5-8: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Tampering With Water System: It shall be unlawful for any person not authorized by the village to tamper with, alter or injure any part of the village waterworks system or any meter.

B. Water Wells: The installation or use of private water wells within the village is prohibited.

C. Outdoor Watering Restrictions: Outdoor watering shall be prohibited between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) P.M. daily, beginning Memorial Day and concluding on Labor Day of each year. (Ord. 03-2233, 4-21-2003; amd. Ord. 24-3188, 4-22-2024)
