A. Littering Public Ways: No person shall throw, drop, place or leave in or on any street, sidewalk, alley or public place in the village any stones, missiles, nails, ice, glass, metal, ashes, grass, garbage, fruit, peelings, paper, boards or any other article.
B. Driving Over Curbs, Upon Lawns: No person shall drive any vehicle over any curb or upon any lawn space between the curb line and building line of any street in the village without first covering said curb or lawn space with planks or other suitable material in such manner as to protect the same from damage. No vehicle shall be parked at any time on such lawn space or parkway.
C. Disturbing Barriers: No person shall disturb, displace or remove any warning barrier in any public right of way or cause any vehicle to pass upon any public right of way which has been barricaded off without the written consent of the department of public works. (1997 Code)
D. Landscaping Materials In Public Ways: No landscaping materials, including dirt, sod, stone, sand or other such material, shall be placed or stored in the public right of way, except as provided for in chapter 11 of this title. Such materials may be removed by the public works department at the violators expense. (Ord. 07-2456, 7-23-2007)
