A. As provided under the authority of subsection 15-111(f) of the Illinois vehicle code 1 , the village reserves the right to designate streets and/or highways under the village's jurisdiction as class II designated streets. Vehicles utilizing those as such can be of a weight, length and width consistent with sections 15-102 (width), 15-107 (length) and 15-111 (weight).
The following streets and/or highways are hereby designated as class II designated streets: None.
B. The superintendent of public works is authorized and directed to post or cause to be posted, streets designated as class II truck routes as governed by subsection A of this section. (Ord. 07-2453, 7-23-2007)
