Beginning on January 1, 1999, any resident of the Village who is sixty five (65) years of age or older, shall be entitled to a five dollar ($5.00) discount off the annual license fee specified in this chapter each year. The resident must apply for the discount to the Village's Finance Department by producing a valid Illinois State driver's license proving age. (Ord. 98-2035, 4-27-1998)
