6-6-3: LIABILITY OF PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN:
The parent or legal guardian of an unemancipated minor who resides with such parent or legal guardian shall be subject to those penalties enumerated in subsection 6-5-2 of this Title. (Ord. 99-2078, 3-22-1999)
