No person shall aid, assist or abet a person under the age of eighteen (18) in obtaining possession of laser pointers, as defined herein. This prohibition shall not apply to:
A. A parent or legal guardian assisting and supervising his or her own child or ward in the use of such laser pointers;
B. A teacher assisting and supervising his or her student in the use of such laser pointers;
C. An employer assisting and supervising his or her employee in the use of such laser pointers. (Ord. 99-2078, 3-22-1999)
