6-3-2: CIVIL EMERGENCY DECLARED:
Whenever an "emergency", as defined in section 6-3-1 of this chapter, exists, the village president shall declare the existence by means of a written declaration setting forth the facts which constitute the emergency. (Ord. 13-2711, 2-25-2013)
