6-2-16: OWNER'S DUTIES:
Each owner shall provide for each of his animals the following:
   A.   Food And Water: Sufficient quantity of good quality wholesome food and water.
   B.   Shelter: Adequate shelter and protection from weather.
   C.   Veterinary Care: Veterinary care when needed to prevent suffering. (Ord. 83-1657, 12-19-1983)
   D.   Humane Treatment: Humane care and treatment. Any animal having a contagious disease shall be isolated and properly treated. (Ord. 12-2665, 3-26-2012)
