No person shall keep or allow to be kept upon the premises he occupies or uses within the Village, more than three (3) dogs, cats, or a combination of both, of the age of three (3) months or over at any one time. For any person to keep more than three (3) such animals at one time shall constitute a nuisance. This shall not apply to licensed veterinary hospitals or licensed pet shops. (Ord. 83-1657, 12-19-1983)
