6-1-1: STATE OF ILLINOIS STATUTES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE:
   A.   Incorporation Of State Statutes: Except insofar as the application thereof is clearly impractical or inappropriate, in view of the context of purposes or penalty as provided, all of the definitions, requirements, regulations, prohibitions, provisions and sections of the following state of Illinois statutes, as amended, are adopted by reference by the village:
      1.   Pyrotechnic use act, 425 Illinois Compiled Statutes 35/0.01 et seq.;
      2.   Illinois vehicle code, criminal damage to property, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/4-102(a)(1);
      3.   Illinois vehicle code, bridge and railroad signals, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1011;
      4.   Illinois vehicle code, trespassing on railroad property, terminal security, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/18C-7503;
      5.   Criminal code, 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-1 et seq.;
      6.   Cannabis control act, 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 550/1 et seq.; and
      7.   Drug paraphernalia control act, 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 600/1 et seq.
   B.   Penalty: Any and all violations of the state of Illinois statutes adopted by reference herein shall be considered violations of this section, and each such violation shall subject the violator thereof to a fine not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense.
