A. Prohibitions Generally: No building, vehicle, structure, receptacle or thing used or to be used for any purpose whatever, shall be made, kept, maintained or operated in the Village if the use, keeping, maintaining or operating of such building, vehicle, structure, receptacle or thing shall be the occasion of any nuisance or dangerous or detrimental to health.
B. Prohibitions Relating To Business And Labor: No substance, matter or thing of any kind whatever which shall be dangerous or detrimental to health shall be used in connection with any permitted business, or allowed to exist in connection therewith, or to be used in any work or labor carried on in the Village, and no nuisance shall be permitted to exist in connection with any business or in connection with any such work or labor.
