5-3-11: EXPOSURE OF MATTER IMPERILING HEALTH:
No person shall take, carry, expose or place in or upon any street or public place any substance, animal or thing which shall imperil the health of any person who is or may properly be in such street or place. (1978 Code § 4-2-15)
