4-1-11: INITIAL APPLICATION FEE:
The initial application fee for any liquor license shall be as set forth in title 3, chapter 3 of this code, payable in advance, and shall not be refundable. This fee is in addition to the annual liquor license fee. (Ord. 01-2173, 9-24-2001)
