A. Number Of Liquor Licenses: The number of licenses by classification shall be as follows:
1. Class A: A Class A liquor license (full service restaurant with a service bar) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below: None.
2. Class B: A Class B liquor license (full service restaurant with a patron bar) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Davanti’s Western Springs, LLC, DBA Davanti Enoteca for a restaurant located at Unit 100 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building, 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
b. Virant Restaurants, Inc., DBA Vie Petite for a restaurant located at 909 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
c. Salerno’s Western Springs, Inc., DBA Salerno Pizzeria & R Bar for a restaurant located at 821 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
d. Hillgrove Tap, LLC, DBA Hillgrove Tap for a restaurant located at Unit 101, Unit 102 and Unit 103 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building, 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
e. Guac N Tacos, LLC, DBA Guac N Tacos for a restaurant located at Unit 104 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building located at 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
f. Ella's Italian Pub, LLC d/b/a Ella's Italian Pub for a restaurant located at 4471 Lawn Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
3. Class C: A Class C liquor license (full service restaurant; beer and wine only; no patron bar or service bar) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below: None.
4. Class D: A Class D liquor license (limited service restaurant; beer and wine only; no patron bar or service bar) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc., DBA Mariano’s #8529 located at Garden Market Shopping Center at the southwest corner of 47th Street and Willow Springs Road/Gilbert Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
5. Class E: A Class E liquor license (supermarket) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc., DBA Mariano’s #8529 for its Garden Market Shopping Center supermarket located at the southwest corner of 47th Street and Willow Springs Road/Gilbert Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
6. Class F: A Class F liquor license (culinary school; beer and wine only; no patron bar or service bar) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below: None.
7. Class G: One Class G liquor license (fine wine, premium spirits, beer and gourmet food store license; premium spirits, beer and wine only) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Virant Restaurants, Inc., DBA Vie for a fine wine, premium spirits, beer and gourmet food store within the existing restaurant located at 909 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
b. Hillgrove Tap, LLC, DBA Hillgrove Tap for a fine wine, premium spirits, beer and gourmet food store within a restaurant located at Unit 101, Unit 102 and Unit 103 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building, 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
c. Salerno’s Western Springs, Inc., DBA Salerno Pizzeria for a fine wine, premium spirits, beer and gourmet food store located at 821 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
8. Class H: A Class H liquor license (outdoor liquor café) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Davanti’s Western Springs, LLC, DBA Davanti Enoteca for an outdoor liquor café located at Unit 100 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois property.
b. Hillgrove Tap, LLC, DBA Hillgrove Tap for an outdoor liquor café located at Unit 101, Unit 102 and Unit 103 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building, 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
c. Salerno’s Western Springs, Inc., DBA Salerno Pizzeria & R Bar for an outdoor liquor café located at 821 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
d. Guac N Tacos, LLC, DBA Guac N Tacos for a restaurant located adjacent to Unit 104 in the 800 Hillgrove Avenue Building located at 800 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
e. Virant Restaurants, Inc., DBA Petite Vie for a restaurant located at 909 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, .
f. Ella's Italian Pub, LLC d/b/a Ella's Italian Pub for an outdoor liquor café located at 4471 Lawn Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
9. Class I Liquor License (Special Events On Property Owned Or Leased By A Not For Profit Organization): The number of Class I liquor licenses issued by the Village shall be determined by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. The Village Board, however, must first approve an ordinance creating a Class I liquor license prior to the issuance of a Class I liquor license to an applicant by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
10. Class J Liquor License (Special Events On Village Owned Property; Beer, Wine, And Specialty Drinks Only): The number of Class J liquor licenses issued by the Village shall be determined by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. The Village Board, however, must first approve an ordinance creating a Class J liquor license prior to the issuance of a Class J liquor license to an applicant by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
11. Class K: A Class K liquor license (BYOB - corkage license; beer and wine only) has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below: None.
12. Class L Liquor License (Limited Special Event License; Tastings Of Beer And Wine And Beer And Wine Package Sales Only): The number of Class L liquor licenses issued by the Village will be determined by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. The Village Board, however, must first approve an ordinance creating a Class L liquor license prior to the issuance of a Class L liquor license to an applicant by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
13. Class M Liquor License (Theater License; Beer, Wine And Specialty Drinks Only): One (1) Class M liquor license has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Theatre of Western Springs, 4384 Hampton Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
14. Class N Liquor License (Caterer’s License): One (1) Class N liquor license has been created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Salerno’s Western Springs, Inc., DBA Salerno Pizzeria & R Bar for a restaurant located at 821 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
15. Class O Liquor Licenses: One (1) liquor license is created for issuance to each person or entity listed below:
a. Daydream Coffee Company, DBA The Opry for a craft beer, wine and spirits store and food and coffee shop located at 4354 Johnson Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
b. Clever Drinker LLC d/b/a The Western Springs Cellar for a craft beer, wine and spirits store, and food shop, located a 820 Burlington Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois.
16. Class P: One (1) liquor license is created for issuance to each person or entity listed below: None.
17. Class Q - Zero (0) licenses.
B. Increase Or Decrease In Number: The number of licenses authorized to be issued for each license class may be increased or decreased from time to time only by an ordinance duly adopted by the Village President and Board of Trustees. The number of licenses authorized herein for the above classes shall remain at the number set forth in subsection A of this section, unless amended by the Corporate Authorities when they determine that such increase or decrease in the number of licenses is in the best interests of the Village. When a liquor license is revoked, it shall automatically reduce the number of authorized licenses of the particular class by the total number of revoked licenses in the particular class. In addition, the local commissioner shall notify, in writing, the village clerk and board of trustees of any revocation of any authorized license within seven (7) days of such occurrence.
