4-1-7: VILLAGE MANAGER AS CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER:
Subject to the policies of the Village Board and the direction of the Local Commissioner, the Village Manager shall direct the Village staff in its enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. The Village Manager shall direct the Village staff in performing its responsibilities related to the administration of the liquor control ordinance, including, but not limited to, the response to questions concerning liquor licenses and the handling of liquor license applications.
