The statutory police powers and business regulation statutes as set forth in the Illinois Municipal Code, as amended, including but not limited to 65 ILCS 5/11-5-2 (disturbances) and 11-5-8 (portable dwelling houses), 11-33-1 (electric contractors), 11-37-2 (electrical equipment inspections), 11-40-1 (vehicle and vehicle load regulations), 11-42 (powers over certain businesses), including 11-42-1 and 11-42-5 (theatricals, exhibitions and amusements), 11-54-1 (amusements), 11-60-1 (business licenses) and 11-80 (street and right-of-way regulations), are adopted herein by reference into this Chapter and are the authority for the Village's adoption and enforcement of the commercial filming, photography and taping regulations and the related business license fees, which are set forth in this Chapter 13 and are also contained in the Village of Western Springs Administrative Procedures for Commercial Filming, Photography and Taping.
