The regulations of the charitable games act 1 , the Illinois raffles act 2 , the bingo license and tax act 3 , and the Illinois pull tabs and jar games act 4 , as amended, are adopted herein by reference into this chapter and made applicable to the licensed organizations providing charitable gaming, bingo, raffle or other chance games within the village's boundaries or outside of the village’s boundaries where expressly allowed by state law and authorized by the corporate authorities of the village.
