A. Amount Of Insurance: Prior to the issuance of a license, the applicant shall present to the Village Clerk a certificate of insurance issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the State that evidences insurance covering the applicant against public liability and property damage with limits of liability not less than the following:

Property damage liability, except automobile | 500,000.00 each occurrence 1,000,000.00 aggregate |
Automobile bodily injury liability | 1,000,000.00 each person 3,000,000.00 each occurrence |
Automobile property damage | 500,000.00 each occurrence |
B. Cancellation: Each such certificate shall have an endorsement to the effect that such insurance may not be cancelled by the insurer thereof without at least sixty (60) days' prior written notice to the Village. (Ord. 97-1992, 1-27-1997)
