1-5-10: ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER GOVERN:

The rules of parliamentary practice comprised in "Robert's Rules Of Order", revised edition, shall govern the board in all cases to which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the standing rules of the board. (1978 Code § 1-5-10)
