8-14-21: REMEDIES NOT EXCLUSIVE:

The remedies listed in this chapter are not exclusive of any other remedy available under this chapter or under any applicable Federal, State or local law and do not supersede or limit any and all other penalties provided by law. The Director may seek, at his/her discretion, cumulative remedies. (Ord. 20-3011, 7-27-2020)
