5-5-7: LEGACY AND UNDERREPRESENTED TREE PRESERVATION:

A legacy or underrepresented tree is a special designation issued in writing by the Director of Municipal Services, or their designee. The criterion for designation is provided in the Legacy and Underrepresented Tree Program and Legacy Tree List and as detailed in the Urban Forest Management Plan. (Ord. 20-3006, 6-22-2020; amd.
