The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Western Springs designate the Village Manager as the TIF Administrator for the downtown north TIF district, who shall be responsible for performing all administrative duties and compliance actions in regard to the downtown north TIF district, including compliance with all annual filing and reporting requirements required by state law (the Illinois Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-3 et seq.)), preparation and filing of the annual TIF Report with the Office of the State of Illinois Comptroller, scheduling and coordination of the annual joint board of review meetings, and such other duties as are necessary to maintain compliance with applicable laws.
