The Village Clerk shall keep a register of all licenses issued, entering therein the name of the person licensed, the date of the license, the business or purpose for which it is granted, the number of operating units (e.g., vehicles, bowling alleys, barber chairs, and so forth), if any, upon which the amount of the license fee is based and the amount of any license fee paid.
