Except where otherwise provided, all licenses and permits authorized or required by this Code shall be granted by the Village Clerk, who shall have power to hear and grant applications, and to pass upon the sufficiency of any bond, where bond is required. (Ord. 81-1601, 11-17-1981, eff. 1-1-1982)
