There is hereby created a technology commission for the village. The technology commission shall consist of seven (7) members. The members shall be appointed from the community at large, and serve for a term of three (3) years, except for those initially appointed to the commission, whose terms shall be staggered as determined by the village president at the time of the passage date hereof.
