2-13-1: ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP; TERMS OF OFFICE:

There is hereby created a local liquor control commission for the village. The local liquor control commission shall consist of three (3) members. The members shall be appointed from the community at large, and serve for a term of three (3) years. (Ord. 00-2111, 1-24-2000)
