Meetings of the advisory boards and commissions shall be public meetings held according to the schedule in this Code and notice of said meetings shall be given in accordance with State Statutes. A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of those members appointed to the advisory board or commission at any time, and no official business shall be conducted without a quorum of members present. The advisory board or commission may adopt its own rules of procedure not inconsistent with the provisions of this Code. (Ord. 00-2111, 1-24-2000)
