The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of a full-time Village employee for the benefits enumerated under the Public Safety Employee Benefits Act, 820 Illinois Compiled Statutes 320/1, et seq., as amended ("PSEBA"). All benefits provided by the Village to employees pursuant to the PSEBA shall be consistent with the PSEBA. (Ord. 18-2922, 5-21-2018)
