On January 26, 2015, pursuant to the Illinois tax increment allocation redevelopment act, 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-74.4-1 et seq., the president and board of trustees of the village of Western Springs established the downtown south tax increment financing district (referred to as the "downtown south TIF district") for the village of Western Springs with the adoption of the following ordinances:
A. Western Springs ordinance 15-2777 (designating the village of Western Springs downtown south tax increment financing district redevelopment project area).
B. Western Springs ordinance 15-2778 (approving the village of Western Springs downtown south tax increment financing district redevelopment project area redevelopment plan and project).
C. Western Springs ordinance 15-2779 (adopting tax increment financing for the village of Western Springs downtown south tax increment financing district).
