All notices from the grantee to the Village pursuant to any franchise shall be sent to the Village Manager's office, with a copy to the President of the Board of Trustees. The grantee shall maintain with the Village, throughout the term of the franchise, an address for service of notices by mail. The grantee shall maintain a central office in the greater Chicago area to address any issues relating to operating under this Chapter. (Ord. 98-2054, 9-28-1998)
