11-1-9: CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE REQUIRED:
No cable television system shall be allowed to operate nor to occupy or use the streets (i.e., rights of way) for system installation and maintenance purposes within the Village without a franchise issued by the Village. (Ord. 98-2054, 9-28-1998)
