11-1-1: SHORT TITLE:
This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the WESTERN SPRINGS CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE, hereinafter "franchise" or "Ordinance". (Ord. 98-2054, 9-28-1998)
